How do you do?

Hello SPT pod casters. My name is Shea Layton. I was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana and I still reside there. My love of video gaming stems back all the way to when I was a whole 3 years of age. My father owned a Sega Genesis system which he used to love to play. I have memories of sitting there and watching him. There were a few times where I would get to try, but I obviously was not old enough to grasp the concept of the gaming experience and how much skill it requires.
When I was 6, my dad asked me what I wanted for Christmas. Toys was the generic kid answer. He showed me a commercial of a Playstation 1, which had just recently been released. I told him no. Lo and behold that Christmas, “Santa” got me a Playstation 1. To my amazement, when my father plugged it in and I played Battle Arena Toshinden for the first time, I was sold from that moment on. I love video games, I thought. From there on, it has branched into many different games and systems. Many fun and exciting adventures.
Now, at the age of 21, my love for video gaming has not diminished in the slightest. I love the deep involvement you can experience with a character or story. I love the rush of accomplishing something in a game that picks apart your brain and really makes you think. My favorite games of all time are Shining Force (1 and 2) for the Sega Genesis, Final Fantasy 7, and Fallout 3. The adventures I have had with each of them could not be fully described into words. Maybe that sounds corny to you who read this but I have no other way to elaborate.
I met Adam in college where in our youth, we were trying to figure out what to do with our lives (and I still think we are haha). I have known him for 3 years now and he is an awesome dude. Through him, I met Morgan. So I have some history with these guys. Adam told me about the pod cast back in July when he visited Great Falls. Since then, I have devoured every new episode. I even went back and listened to all the old ones. I love listening to these guys and I feel completely honored  that they have chosen to allow me to share experiences and opinions with them. If you have any questions whatsoever, feel free to drop a comment. I would love to hear from you guys. Thank you and I hope you enjoy!
